Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers and maintain communication throughout the day
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams
- Use Google Maps or GPS tools to assist with routing and efficiency
- Update records schedules and delivery information as needed
- Resolve basic issues and reroute drivers as necessary
- Proficient in Google Maps or other GPS navigation apps
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arabic-speaking is a plus (most drivers are from the Middle East)
- Must pass a standard 7-year background check
