Expertise in menu engineering food costing and vendor management
Knowledge of kitchen design and operational flow
Strong understanding of Front-of-House (FOH) service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to integrate F&B with marketing and visual aesthetics
Data-driven approach to feedback analytics and optimization
Obsession with presentation guest experience and social media impact
Structured driven and collaborative work style
Comfortable working with founder teams

Qualifications

We are building one of India s most disruptive food-led entertainment brands. Our F&B is the soul of our customer experience and we are looking for a leader to shape everything from menus and service standards to vendor ecosystems and kitchen layouts. While formal education is not specified a strong understanding of culinary arts business management and operations is expected.

Proven experience in building or scaling multi-city F&B formats (QSR casual dining bars experiential F&B).
Demonstrated expertise in costing plating supply chain management and team training.
