Job Description: Admission Counselor cum Telecaller
Numen Eduservices is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team. This role is crucial in driving student admissions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a passion for education and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Telecalling & Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Numen Eduservices programs and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly.
- Admission Counseling:Provide comprehensive information about courses admission procedures and fee structures.
- Counsel students and parents on career options and educational pathways.
- Address student queries and concerns effectively.
- Guide students through the admission process ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct face-to-face and online counseling sessions.
- Sales & Target Achievement:Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Promote and sell Numen Eduservices programs and services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events.
- Handle data entry as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling sales or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Specify required languages e.g. English Hindi etc..
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Active listening skills.
