Job Description
Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of construction materials tools and equipment to project sites.
Ensure proper scheduling of transportation to avoid project delays.
Track shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues. Maintain accurate records of dispatched and received materials.
Ensure the right materials reach the right location as per project requirements.
Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock levels. Communicate with suppliers transporters and project managers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Provide updates on dispatch schedules and material availability.
Coordinate with site engineers to understand their material needs and delivery logs of dispatched goods including invoices delivery notes and transport records.
Prepare reports on dispatch efficiency transport costs and delivery timelines.
Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulations.
