Duties and responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and mentor the global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and global collaboration to ensure team effectiveness.
Coach executives and senior leaders on talent acquisition strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive the professional growth of team members and build a high-performing results-driven culture.
Global Recruitment Strategy and Execution
Oversee global recruiting activities ensuring alignment with Zhlkes workforce plans and timely hiring of top talent.
Collaborate with recruitment leads to continuously enhance and align global recruitment processes.
Develop strategies to attract talent from diverse markets and ensure the recruitment process is inclusive and accessible.
Establish strong relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing partners to enhance global talent pipelines.
Process Optimisation and Efficiency
Streamline and standardise recruitment processes across regions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the implementation and optimization of the new Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in recruitment operations and align talent acquisition processes with broader people functions.
Continuously monitor and improve recruitment practices leveraging technology and market trends.
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting
Establish and maintain a data-driven recruitment function by tracking key metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular insights to leadership on recruitment performance workforce trends and hiring decisions.
Use data to support informed decision-making around workforce planning and talent strategy.
Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to maintain a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
Ensure consistent communication of the EVP internally and externally to enhance talent attraction retention and engagement.
Continuously improve and promote the Zhlke careers site to increase employer visibility and attract top talent.
