Job Description
Talent Attraction and D&I Intern
Objective
Responsible for communication between TA and D&I and other departments and key stakeholders by supporting the follow up of key projects data analysis and results reports.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports analyzes and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I
- Help to deliver initiatives that will help Nemak become a fairer more-equitable environment for all employees.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Administration Psychology or Communications
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- English Advanced
- Experience in D&I Recruitment and Selection Onboarding or HR Systems desired.
