Statewide SA Pathology
This is a recruitment pool. Please add in your cover letter which areas you are willing to work in. Shifts at several sites within the area will be required on a rotating roster.

Experience in specimen collection medical terminology or data entry is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required.
About the role
Classification for this position will be at the OPS1 or OPS2 level depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant. In this administrative support role you will assist in the delivery of efficient high-quality services across a range of clerical functions including data entry reception duties filing and records management. Your attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures will ensure the smooth flow of information and support day-to-day team operations.
As you grow into the role you may take on additional responsibilities aligned with the OPS2 level including more complex tasks prioritising competing demands and working with greater autonomy. You will be part of a supportive team environment that values initiative reliability and a strong commitment to client service.
About You
You are a reliable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. With a strong customer service focus and proven experience in pathology settings you bring a proactive and collaborative approach to both independent and team-based tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently manage time effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Proven experience in pathology laboratory settings including handling customer enquiries and using relevant information systems.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive working relationships across staff and clients.
Sound knowledge of pathology operations supported by competent use of computers software and database systems.
