Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
i. Scope: Supplier will provide inbound phone email and chat support Services with emphasis
on troubleshooting account optimization upselling and efficient issue resolution
ii. Troubleshooting topics that Supplier will support are the following:
a. Billing and payment processing
b. Queries related to ad unseen by Customers
c. Account activation and account optimization
d. Payment and support options
e. Campaign optimization
f. Product and market specific policies
g. AdWords reporting options
h. Account campaign budget and keywords management queries
i. Complaints fraud and account hijacking queries
j. Other related products with Google Ads including AdWords Editor Google Analytics
Location Extensions Merchant Centre - Product Extensions GMB Youtube etc.
iii. Account optimization / upselling topics that Supplier will support include but are not
limited to:
a. Account structure optimization (e.g. ad group campaigns)
b. Improving targeting settings
c. Improving keywords ad text
d. Increasing bids budget

Eligibility: Graduate fresher od Experience / U.G (with minimum- 6 months in customer service / sales/ tech support in GOOGLE ADWORDS
