Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience inprojectmanagement within thetelecommunications industry specifically inBSS (Business Support Systems)billing systemsOSS (Operations Support Systems) or related areas.
- Proven experience managingprojects that involve telecom infrastructure BSS CRM and billing platforms (e.g. Amdocs Ericsson Huawei or similar).
- Strong understanding of telecom operations including service order management billing systems customer care and provisioning.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strongprojectmanagement skills with expertise inAgileandWaterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders including technical teams business units and clients.

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedProjectManagerwith strong expertise inTelecommunicationsBusiness Support Systems (BSS) andBillingsolutions. As aProjectManager you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution ofprojects related to telecom services focusing on BSS and billing systems ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and according to specified requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- ProjectPlanning & Execution:
- Lead and manage telecomprojects focused on BSS CRM OSS (Operations Support Systems) and billing implementations upgrades or migrations.
- Develop comprehensiveprojectplans including scope timelines resources budgets and risk management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to theprojects timeline scope and budget by closely monitoringprojectactivities and resolving any issues that arise.
- Drive the successful delivery of theproject ensuring that all deliverables meet the companys quality standards and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical architects developers business analysts and customer stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment onprojectobjectives timelines and issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients managing their expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout theprojectlifecycle.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare regular progress reports dashboards and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Maintain detailedprojectdocumentation including requirements designs changes and decisions.
- Education:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering Computer Science or related fields.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards and practices (e.g. 3GPP TM Forum).
- Knowledge of customer care CRM systems and digital transformationprojects within telecom.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms in a fast-paced evolving industry.
