$120000 Superannuation Laptop
Full Time: Monday Friday (Flexible Hours)

The Role What Youll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and updating old documents policies and procedures and delivering these clearly across departments and teams
- Conducting site inspections across all project sites and the head office
- Educating in-house staff site teams and contractors on relevant legislation and standards
- Working with the WHSEQ Manager and leadership team on WHS initiatives and delivery plans
- Monitoring compliance across the business ensuring practical application and continuous improvement
- Supporting WHSEQ requirements across tenders and ongoing project needs
- Driving WHS training and safety initiatives across the company
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS with 5 years experience
- Experience in building and construction is essential Civil is a huge bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to build strong relationships across all levels
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Current White Card Drivers Licence
- A go-getter someone whos genuinely invested in safety culture and delivery
