Lead bar service across Brisbanes most iconic venues and deliver unforgettable event experiences!
The Fresh Collective Brisbane is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a diverse range of high-profile functions and events at some of Brisbanes most stunning venues including:
- Waters Edge at Portside Wharf
- Riverlife at Kangaroo Point
- Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane
As a Functions & Events Head Bartender youll ensure that all bar-related services are executed to a high standardfrom setup and team leadership to stock control and pack down.
The Role
- Work a variety of functions and events: cocktail parties pop-up bars dinners and corporate functions
- Oversee bar setup and breakdown including stock management
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages: beer wine spirits and simple cocktails
- Ensure all bar operations comply with RSA regulations
- 20 hours per week
- Casual award rates: Level 4
About You
- At least 1 year of bartending experience; functions and events experience is highly regarded
- Comfortable working in fast-paced high-end hospitality environments
- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Valid QLD RSA certification
- Full working rights in Australia
- Passionate about hospitality and creating top-tier guest experiences
