Job Summary:

We are seeking aConcurrent Product and Process Development (CPPD) Engineerto lead engineering release activities for the Large Mining Truck (LMT) product group. This role requires close collaboration with design manufacturing and value chain teams to ensure seamless integration of product and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate regular CPPD meetings to review engineering change notices and align cross-functional teams on implementation timelines.
• Monitor and report on release progress for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and production batches identifying and mitigating risks.
• Enhance CPPD quality through standard work procedures Built-in Quality (BIQ) checklists and performance metrics.
• Contribute to CPPD process automation by integrating LMT requirements into new tools and systems.
• Collaborate with other product groups to standardize CPPD practices and share process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient inTeamcenterfor managing product lifecycle and engineering workflows.
• Experience withHVC/PRWB systems.
• Advanced skills inMicrosoft Office especiallyOneNotefor project tracking and collaboration.
• Skilled inPower BIPower Apps and other automation tools for dashboard creation and process optimization.
• Familiarity withSix SigmaandLeanmethodologies.
• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
