This fully remote role is tailored for a Senior Associate or Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) ready to take the lead in managing sophisticated cases involving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. With occasional appearances in Bay Area courts this is a rare opportunity to apply your expertise on a high-impact team that values excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Declarations of Disclosure with precision
- Draft review and revise legal documents with a strategic lens
- Provide seasoned legal counsel to elite clientele
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
- Interpret and manage complex financial records
- Maintain meticulous client files and case documentation
- Supervise and mentor two Family Law Attorneys
Qualifications:
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- 5 yrs experience of focused family law experience
- CFLS certification is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in family law statutes and complex financial arrangements
- Prior experience advising HNW/UHNW clients
Location:
- Remote-first role with occasional travel to Bay Area hearings
Salary Range:
- $175000 - $325000 based on experience and credentials
