Were a thriving 10-unit Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Franchise with freestanding locations across New Jersey New York Maryland and Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow were looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead at one of our high-volume stores.
What Youll Do:
Lead a 40 person team to deliver consistent high-quality service and make every guest feel like family.
Own every aspect of the stores operationfrom customer service to food quality team development to profitability.
Manage and improve store performance through smart business planning accurate forecasting and P&L accountability.
Coach train and develop your team to operate efficiently and exceed expectations.
Ensure full compliance with ServSafe standards cleanliness and brand operations procedures.
Take charge of local store marketing initiatives and community involvement to drive traffic and build repeat business.
What Were Looking For:
3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
Proven track record in hiring developing and leading high-performing teams.
Strong grasp of budgeting inventory scheduling cost control and P&L management.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire excellence and accountability.
ServSafe Certified (or willing to become certified).
Able to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.
What Youll Get:
Base Salary: $80000$85000 with Weekly Pay
Monthly Bonus Plan: $1000$1500
Annual Profit Sharing (Partners in Profit): $7000$8000
