HJ Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fiscal Analyst to join the team supporting the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant program. This role is critical in maintaining fiscal compliance reporting and analysis within a behavioral health setting.
Manage and monitor financial aspects of the grant and related behavioral health funding streams.
Prepare detailed budget reports expenditure tracking and fiscal forecasts.
Analyze financial data and trends to support program and policy decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state fiscal regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with program managers to develop and manage budgets and contracts.
Assist with audits fiscal monitoring visits and other grant-related reporting activities.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Public Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in fiscal analysis budget development or grants management.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
Knowledge of public sector or healthcare finance preferred.
Excellent attention to detail documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Masters degree or CPA a plus.
Experience with behavioral health or human services grants.
Familiarity with federal and state grant compliance procedures.
