Job Description
Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues production location decisions etc. in support of business growth. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives forecasts and coordination for key events and new product launches. Monitors key performance indicators analyzes performance data and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Candidate must have strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. He / she also needs a strong ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment along with the ability to lead a programs supply chain team. The candidate will also need sound interpersonal skills used when interfacing coordinating and negotiating.
Because of the need for consistent in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. with company personnel customers and suppliers.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Education Experience & Skills
Planning experience in a large multifaceted electronic manufacturing environment
Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
Significant ERP System Experience (Oracle SAP Other) inclusive of shop floor control systems
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
Sales & Operations Experience / knowledge
Inventory / stockroom management experience
Project Management experience
Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Create presentation materials and give presentations to leadership team production team and customers
Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Power Point)
Ability to analyze react and train on exceptions in MRP especially around Bills of Material Material Planning Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders and ECOs
Preferred Education Experience & Skills
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Power Point)
Higher level education completed or in process

Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
