Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentation: Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers showcasing our products/services highlighting their features benefits and unique selling points in a persuasive manner.
- Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers requirements assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services staying updated on features pricing and any updates ensuring accurate and informative presentations.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with customers by demonstrating professionalism knowledge and integrity fostering long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing contracts and terms guiding customers smoothly through the purchasing process and securing agreements that meet both their needs and company goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales contracts and documentation maintaining records of sales activities providing regular reports and feedback to the sales management team.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Customer-Centric: Your focus is on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.
- Education & Abilities: A college degree or a combination of education and experience along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
