POSITION Maintenance Tech Lead
JOB LOCATION Fond du Lac WI
STARTING DATE Immediate

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd shift
STARTING PAY $30

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE See Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance on all machines.
- Perform light construction tasks such as building repairs painting general upkeeping as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and correct/fix.
- Lead the maintenance department and a team of techs
Qualifications
- Must be able to operate forklift within the safety guidelines established by AMP
- Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools
- Experience with maintenance/mechanical systems required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
