About you

Youre an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data gathering market research and following a project from start to finish.
In this role you will
Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
Perform analyses of a variety of property types (retail office multifamily industrial etc.).
Work alongside valuation professionals tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of financial reporting and tax purposes.
What youll bring
1 2 years of commercial real estate valuation experience.
Registered Trainee and a commitment to becoming a certified general appraiser.
Bachelors degree in real estate finance economics or accounting.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Argus Enterprise.
Preference for Big 4 and other regional or national accounting firm experience.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: Commission-Based
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
