Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree; a minimum of oneyear of relevant experience in university technology transfer including internship or equivalent and/or industry experience in related areas (business development); exposure to and general understanding of intellectual property marketing and commercialization for University IP; strong verbal and written communications skills; good organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills that reflect courtesy diplomacy and a collaborative approach to develop and maintain effective working relationships; and ability to work as part of a team and to exercise good judgment and discretion in the performance of all work assignments. Salary range: $75000-$80000
This is a hybrid position. Tuesday and Wednesday are the TLO in-office core days; additional in-office days are expected to meet business needs.
