Job Description

As a results-driven Project Coordinator you bring a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven ability to oversee multiple projects with precision. You demonstrate expertise in safety compliance quality standards scheduling and financial performance ensuring each project meets or exceeds expectations. Reporting to Project Managers you will lead the achievement of both short- and long-term objectives for the Telecommunications Engineering team aligning project execution with the companys overall strategic direction.

Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee project systems document control financial tracking and reporting processes to ensure operational efficiency

Coordinate internal and external meetings track milestones and maintain momentum across multiple projects

Gather and manage input from design field and subcontractor teams to support accurate and timely updates

Monitor project financialsforecasts billings and cost analysiswhile identifying risks and driving performance

Facilitate permit coordination resolve escalations and provide analytical insights to support strategic planning

Collaborate with technicians and build teams to enhance project delivery and optimize design-build workflows

Qualifications:

At least two years of relevant experience or a strong blend of education and practical involvement

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced results-driven environments

Strong communication collaboration and proactive problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of invoicing purchase orders and project financials

Familiarity with engineering and construction documentation including technical drawings and specifications

Highly organized with solid technical proficiency and the ability to adapt to new tools and priorities

Compensation

$50400 - $69300 USD

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
