Role Overview
This is a client-facing position ideal for an individual with experience in the architectural glazing industry
or a related technical field. The role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a design-driven
environment enjoys managing client relationships and is confident navigating technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
Provide prompt professional communication and build lasting client relationships
Project Oversight
Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to post-sale coordination
Ensure every project meets both client expectations and internal standards
Sales Strategy & Collaboration
Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to discussions around strategy and client
targeting
Support initiatives to enhance service delivery and client experience
Market & Product Insight
Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify new product opportunities and deliver
an improved customer experience
Technical Development
Develop a deeper understanding of architectural glazing systems
Confidently guide clients through technical proposals and product specifications
What Were Looking For
Demonstrated experience in architectural glazing or a related technical product sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised self-motivated and commercially minded
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Proficient in using email CRM systems and digital documentation tools
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Technically adept and confident interpreting drawings or specifications
Articulate well-presented and client-focused
Capable of commuting to a Watford-based office within one hour
Eager for a challenge and open to continuous professional growth
