Job Description :-
Mandatory Skills/Knowledge :-
and configure servers
technical issues
devices inspections
hardware upgrades & replacements.
issues or complaints and issue an ID number against the issue or complaint.
severity level to each issue or complaint so as to maintain categorization and differentiate the criticality of the incident via the priority levels severity levels and impact levels.
each issue or complaint to resolution.
the issues or complaints if necessary as per the escalation matrix defined.
the issue or complaint statistics and bidders SLA.
provision for all necessary channels for reporting issues to onsite technical team. The onsite technical support team shall troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any outage or data breach or incident of any application or device or solution.
on & understanding of working Knowledge of Data Centre technical Operations.
on & Understanding of Working Knowledge of Server system operations and all rack devices like servers Switches Load Balancer and Devices Rack mounting Installation.
on & Understanding on all type cables laying & Patching tagging & connectivity in Data Center.
on & Understanding on Ticketing Tool Incident Service requests Change Management tools.
on & understanding on communication properly and successfully with Business and Other Departments Stake Holders and Members.
must have self-starting Innovative Proactive Self-initiative & take Ownership with responsibility.
& Knowledge of KPI Parameters of Data Centre like cooling power Rack/Devices Power tracking Electrical equipments and its connectivity.
Hands on & understanding on MS Excel Power point Macro and good analytical skill & UNIX / Linux OS.
Desired Certifications :-
Candidate with Certification like CCNA MCSC ITIL are preferred
Soft Skills :-
1. Must be ready for 24*7 Rotational shift
2. Must be a Team Player
3. Good communication in Hindi & English both.
