Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in SEO and Paid Promotions to drive organic and paid marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing online visibility generating leads and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic rankings.
- Perform keyword research on-page and off-page optimization technical SEO audits and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content for search engines (Google Bing etc.) and ensure high domain authority.
- Monitor and improve website traffic bounce rates and conversion rates.
Paid Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Plan and manage Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance using A/B testing audience targeting and bidding strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
Content & Social Media Marketing:
- Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts landing pages and marketing copies.
- Manage social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the team to create email marketing campaigns and automation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and Facebook Business Manager to track marketing performance.
- Provide monthly reports and insights on SEO rankings paid ad performance and lead conversions.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and paid marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and PPC campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and keyword research tools.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Certifications.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing and IT services promotion.
- Knowledge of email marketing automation (Mailchimp HubSpot or ActiveCampaign).
