Were working with a luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of South Wales thats renowned for its stunning surroundings world-class facilities and reputation for delivering unforgettable experiences. Theyre looking for a proactive strategic and people-driven Sales Manager to join their Events team and take the lead on corporate meetings and conference bookings.

- 38000 per annum plus 2000 to 2500 service charge and a 15% annual bonus

Responsibilities as the Sales Manager
- Taking ownership of enquiries from proposal through to conversion
- Building strong relationships with key clients and corporate bookers
- Working closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and seamless delivery
- Proactively developing new business and spotting opportunities to grow revenue
- Managing and mentoring a small team
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing events within a 4 or 5-star hotel or large venue
- Understands the pace and precision required in high-volume conference and event environments
- Is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Can lead from the front and get the best out of a team
- Brings energy drive and a solution-focused mindset to everything they do
