The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsiblefor driving KONEs long-term success by identifying the rightstrategic priorities ensuring a common direction and bringing thestrategy to life together with KONEs areas and other & Transformation develops our strategy and operatingmodel (KONE Way) and is responsible for driving large strategictransformations such as Business Platform Renewal.
KONE Strategy Development & Market Intelligence is a motivatedteam of professionals with backgrounds typically in working withstrategy management consulting and investment banking. We workwith KONEs most important and challenging strategic questionssupporting the Executive Board with analyses and insights andshaping KONEs strategic projects with our businessleaders.
We are looking for a
Manager Strategy Development & MarketIntelligence
to join our Strategy team.
Responsibilities and keyactivities:
Develop and deploy corporate levelstrategy
Identify and solve key strategic questions withvarious stakeholders
Coordinate and manage multiple projects and workingteams simultaneously
Formulate and communicate insights andrecommendations for management decision-making
Engage various stakeholders and take ownership ofaligning diverse views to come to a synthesis
Work together with other Strategy team members;supporting coaching and inspiring
Work together with other Strategy team members; supportingcoaching and inspiring and contribute to the continuousdevelopment of the Strategy & Transformation function.
Requirements for the position:
At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience e.g. inthe industry management consulting banking orequivalent
Demonstrated ability to advice Top management and developsenior-level relationships in a complex environment
Experience in managing projects and working with globalmatrix organizations or otherwise highly complex situations withdemonstrated impact and quantifiable outcomes
Mature self-awareness and judgement and constantwillingness to grow learn and get and give feedback
Ability to simplify and clarify complex topics and defineconcrete actions
Curiosity to understand and follow-up the world around usand how its changing
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesutilizing quantitative and qualitative tools
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to enableeffective teamwork and impact in a matrix organization
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong prioritizing and organizing skills persistence andresilience combined with drive to get things done
Masters degree (Economics Engineering MBA orequivalent) with outstanding performance
Fluency in English
Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.
The location for this role is flexible and can be based in anymajor KONE country.
