Location:Sydney NSW (training period of 412 weeks in Canberra)
Salary:Negotiable dependent on skill set and experience
Working Arrangements:Sydney-based role with initial full-time presence in Canberra (MonFri) for training and relationship building(412 weeks). Beyond this travel between Canberra and Sydney will be recurring (to be agreed) with Head Office relocating full-time to Sydney in Q4 of 2026.

Elite Supplements is seeking an energetic driven and outgoing Commercial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is the perfect opportunity for a true go-gettersomeone who brings initiative thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong relationships across the business and can hit the ground running from day one.
As the business continues to expand and moves into overseas markets theyre looking for a strategic proactive financial partner who can support expansion efforts streamline operations and implement scalable financial systems. Youll collaborate with leaders across retail operations franchising and wholesale to enable smart commercial decisions and financial transformation.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting
Develop and implement management accounting policies
Analyse working capital variances and financial performance
Lead payroll systemisation and enhance payroll processes
Collaborate with 1020 department heads to understand and support financial needs
Provide clear actionable financial reporting and business intelligence to non-finance teams
Drive technology adoption and upgrades across financial systems
Manage inter-entity accounting and oversee high volumes of transactions
Identify key financial issues and set priorities strategically
Lead finance transformation and spearhead process redesign projects
Act as a trusted finance business partner across all major divisions
Perform other duties as directed by senior finance leadership
Essential:
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
5 years experience in management accounting or FP&A
Proven ability to influence business decisions with data-driven insights
Strong commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder communication skills
Practical experience implementing and optimising finance systems
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Xero or equivalent
Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach
Confident in budgeting and forecasting in complex multi-entity settings
Highly Desirable:
Experience working in multi-channel retail environments
Knowledge of Shopify and POS systems
Hands-on payroll systems expertise
