WA Football (WAF) is the peak Australian Rules Football body in Western Australia and plays a key leadership governance and funding role to football throughout the State whilst also driving the overall development and growth of the sport.

We are actively seeking to engage Game Development Officers with a particular focus on individuals who have experience in working with younger children and/or are wanting to pick up weekend casual work. Football knowledge is not essential for this role.Successful candidates will be engaged to commence work in school Term 3.
Key Responsibilities:
The nature of the Game Development Officer role is diverse and works across multiple areas within WA Football with the major aim to grow and promote football participation. Duties of this specific role may include:
Football Fundamentals - Weekday/Weekend Work
As these roles are casual there is also flexibility to pick up a combination of weekday and weekend work within other AFL programs.

The first round of interviews will take place by phone. All applicants must be available for a 20-minute phone interview where you will be provided further information on the role and asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your experience.
This will be followed by a second round of interviews which will be held in a group face-to-face setting and will include some practical FMS development and additional induction content.
