Division Finance Manager Reports To General Bobcat Manager
GENERAL DUTIES:
Submit credit applications for finance approval.
Make inventory count sheets monthly for locations and reconcile when stores send them back.
Track equipment levels and order as needed.
Retain a record of inventory levels at branches and shift as needed.
Dispatch trucking for equipment as needed.
Collaborate with Wells Fargo in quarterly inventory audits.
Generate invoices internal documents financial documents and delivery reports for sales signatures.
Create deal sheets and close deals.
Returned signed paperwork to finance company and manufacturers.
Process and pay floorplan invoices.
Print the daily Bobcat invoices and vouchers.
Log new deal data into the knack system.
Update and maintain the commission reports.
Purchase warranties from manufacturers.
Send data to manufacturers for credit as needed.
Research and present deals that have not been funded or issues resolved.
Other work-related tasks as needed.
Bachelors degree preferred
The ideal candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience working in finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Proven ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally and to work
with teams as both a leader and a participant.
Strong analytical and management skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
