We are seeking qualified experienced candidates for the position of Head Coach Girls Cross Country beginning August :Direct the instruction in the sport of girls cross to mentor and motivate student-athletes in the sport of cross country emphasizing the students holistic the planning organization and direction Cross Country of the rules governing the sport of cross countryAssist in meet management for all cross country regularly with student-athletes and in attracting quality student-athletes to Germantown with the Director of Athletics on a frequent basis to review the status of the with the Associate Director of Athletics regarding scheduling and equipment with all professional guidelines as listed in the GA Coaches and embrace the GA mission as well as uphold the standards established in the GA Staff/Faculty professional development opportunities in the sport of track/cross country and with the Sports Information Assistant to report meet results and promote the :Previous participation in track or cross country at the high school level (college preferred).Minimum 1 year coaching experience (within a school setting preferred)Ability to travel to and from athletics contests and practices between the hours of degree; bachelors degree preferredValid drivers license
