We seek a CloudXP Operations L2 professional to join our team in Guwahati. This full-time mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in cloud and infrastructure technologies with a focus on operational excellence in both public and private cloud environments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in SQL to manage and manipulate large data sets with an aptitude for performance optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems understanding their management configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring to ensure application stability and performance.
- Knowledge of Grafana to create informative dashboards for visualizing data and system metrics effectively.
- Ability to debug infrastructure and application issues leveraging analytical skills to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with public and private cloud technologies understanding their architecture services and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of cloud-native environments including container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues within a dynamic work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and availability of services.
- Monitor application health using AppDynamics identifying and addressing any performance trends or issues promptly.
- Create and maintain Grafana dashboards providing clear visualization of system health and application metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Linux/Windows operating systems and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the deployment and operation of cloud applications.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain security and compliance protocols within cloud deployments ensuring data protection standards.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to provide rapid response to critical system alerts and incidents.
