Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations production manufacturing and maintenance while overseeing service functions. As the supervisor you will be responsible for leading and managing production staff prioritizing safety adhering to regulations and conducting training to ensure quality productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.

What you will be doing:
- Coordinate production to meet daily distribution and Department of Transportation paperwork needs
- Communicate effectively with each shift counterpart to ensure smooth transition of production activities
- Lead programs for reliability compliance quality and safety in the assigned area and ensure government and/or environmental regulations are met
- Perform in accordance with all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements
- Monitor production and manpower levels anticipate problems and develop contingencies
- Identify issues and lead improvement plans in production processes shift schedules overtime levels and training
- Address equipment and product quality issues and ensure sufficient inventory of production supplies is maintained
- Use knowledge of organizational culture to achieve objectives and make timely and well-informed decisions
- Report all activities areas of concern and production needs to upper management
- Continuously finds ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality customer service and profitability
- Other duties as assigned
