Job Title: Business Development Executive (International - IT Services Sales)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales a deep understanding of the IT services sector and a desire to drive business growth in international markets. As a Business Development Executive you will play a key role in generating new leads building strong client relationships and expanding our global footprint.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT services or software development industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with international markets and understanding of their business practices.
  • Proficient in lead generation techniques using bidding portals LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and email marketing.
  • Must have requirement understanding and lead generation and proposal writing knowledge.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients from international markets (primarily in the IT/Tech sector).
  • Lead Generation: Utilize multiple channels such as bidding portals (Upwork Freelancer Guru etc.) LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo to generate new leads.
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts via cold calling emails and social media to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects and clients on bidding portals and LinkedIn crafting customized proposals and presenting our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospects highlighting the value of our IT services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitable business relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and increase visibility in international markets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely sales data.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends industry standards and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and report sales performance regularly to the management team.
