Your new role

In this role youll help design the framework for our employees professional and personal development from clear career paths and competitive compensation models to a culture that combines high performance with collaboration. As an experienced partner to leadership and expert across the employee lifecycle youll strengthen our position as a market leader and help drive success as a People Manager together with our exceptional team.

What to expect

  • People Strategy & Projects: Youll develop and lead company-wide People initiatives such as career frameworks compensation & benefits and performance management. With a strong sense for both organization and culture youll help create an environment driven by ownership and high performance.

  • Strategic Partnership: Youll act as a trusted sparring partner to C-level and other leaders advising them on key strategic HR matters and supporting them in achieving core People goals. For complex topics youll be the go-to expert.

  • HR Excellence: Youll ensure that our People processes policies and standards are scalable and aligned with our strategic company goals.

  • Engagement & Culture: Youll make sure our values and culture are embedded throughout the entire employee lifecycle with a strong focus on sustainable employee engagement and future-readiness.

  • Expertise: You bring several years of experience in strategic HR management especially in the areas of career development compensation strategy organizational design and performance management.

  • Scale-Up Mindset: You enjoy actively shaping and evolving structures in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Working Style: You are self-driven analytical and solution-oriented even when tackling complex strategic challenges.

  • Personality: Empathy diplomacy and confidentiality are core to how you operate.
