We work together from Head Office to Store level in order to achieve or exceed our business objectives and make progress towards our long-term goals.
**The primary location of this position will be Milton and surrounding Towns**
What are we looking for
- Ability to sell & merchandise leveraging insights promotional activity and Retail tools
- Strong Relationship Building & Customer Service skills
- Strong Organization and Communication skills
- Comfortable with technology (MS Office iPad iPhone etc.)
- Possession of a valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs drive sit stand walk and kneel for extended periods of time
- Flexibility regarding remote work include potential overnight stays in territories
- Must live within territory boundaries
What will be your key responsibilities
- In-person call coverage of Mass Grocery and Pet Retailers in an efficient and effective manner
- Building and maintaining strong Customer Relationships
- Execution/compliance of key business priorities
- Selling volume to support promotions and incremental displays
- Resolving out-of-stocks
- Closing distribution gaps
- Recording and maintaining accurate data through hand-held device
- Merchandising
- Leveraging insights and Retail tools to convert shoppers to our brands
