What is Noda
Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK EU Canada and Australia (Singapore up next!) were seeking a talented Middle Product Designer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Working on multiple projects aligning product goals with user needs through thoughtful and visually appealing designs;
- Creating and testing design hypotheses preparing user scenarios and communicating decisions clearly;
- Collaborating with researchers to validate your designs prepare mockups and conduct A/B testing;
- Designing high-quality UI with attention to composition typography and details;
- Working with developers to ensure smooth implementation providing detailed screens and logic;
- Contributing to and maintaining the Design System for consistency across projects;
- Preparing presentations to share design concepts and outcomes;
- Collaborating with other designers learning and sharing knowledge through team and training projects.
Your skills and experience:
- Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a solid portfolio;
- Strong skills in visual design: composition typography and hierarchy;
- Fluency in Figma: components variants autolayouts styles;
- Familiarity with Design Systems;
- Understanding of the principles of working with a design system;
- Ability to balance creativity with user-centered solutions;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how design impacts the business;
- Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Clear communication and presentation skills;
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive collaborative team;
- English at level B1 and fluent Russian language skills.
