Reel Unlimited is a design subscription platform providing unlimited design and development services primarily to agencies with additional services for startups and small businesses. We offer flat-rate creative solutions that allow agencies to scale their client work without hiring in-house creative teams. Founded in 2021 as a remote-first company we operate across 16 countries with localized services in the US Canada UK Europe and Australia.
Regarding the role: Reel Unlimited is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our white-label team working on diverse agency and client projects. This position offers complete schedule flexibility with no time tracking allowing you to work whenever you want while meeting weekly project goals.
Tasks
- Design landing pages websites design systems and dashboards for agency clients
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Utilize AI tools to generate and map initial design concepts and ideas
- Refine AI-generated concepts using human craftsmanship to create polished professional designs
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistency across multiple projects
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting weekly deadlines
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from clients and team members
- Stay current with design trends tools and best practices in UI/UX design
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress updates to project managers
- Adapt design styles to match different agency brands and client requirements
Requirements
- 3 years of UI/UX design experience with both startup and agency backgrounds
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design mobile apps and design systems
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and willingness to integrate them into workflow
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Experience working with clients directly and incorporating feedback professionally
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web development constraints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment
- Experience with white-label design work or agency client projects preferred
- Available to work within UK-EU timezone for team collaboration and client communication
