Role Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and create tailored strategies to improve search engine optimization (SEO).
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging advertisements.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns from setup to ensuring targeted delivery to potential customers.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and optimize digital performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively across various marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
- Experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush or HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp or SendGrid.
- Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on performance metrics.
