Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Terratern you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and process to attract top talent for our growing organization. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring a smooth efficient and positive experience for candidates while aligning talent acquisition efforts with Terraterns values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across different departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs job specifications and team dynamics.
Source screen and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (job boards social media networking etc..
Conduct interviews assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to define workforce requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Track and report on recruitment metrics ensuring hiring goals are met.
Stay updated on industry trends talent market shifts and competitive landscape to refine sourcing strategies.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
Number of successful hires within specified timelines.
Time-to-fill for open positions.
Quality of hires (based on feedback from hiring managers and performance metrics).
Candidate experience and feedback.
Candidate conversion rates from offer to acceptance.
Diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Eligibility:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with sourcing strategies interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
