You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a results-driven Project & Account Manager to join our growing team in Benin. This hybrid role combines project leadership with strategic client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning execution and delivery of key projects while also serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. You will ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and budget and to the highest standards while fostering long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Lead full lifecycle project delivery from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations.
Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to maintain schedule and quality.
Ensure adherence to scope budget and quality expectations.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
Translate client needs into actionable project deliverables.
Drive client satisfaction and account retention through proactive support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. development design QA) for seamless execution.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status reviews and retrospectives.
Provide transparent and consistent project updates to clients.
Manage expectations and resolve concerns in a timely professional manner.
Ensure alignment on goals deliverables and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Define manage and track project scope budget and resources.
Handle scope changes and communicate impacts effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Maintain accurate comprehensive project documentation.
Generate and share regular progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement in project workflows.
Advocate for and implement PMO best practices and process enhancements.
Minimum 4 years of experience in project and account management roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts concurrently.
Prior experience in a tech IT or software environment preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Strong leadership organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solver with sound decision-making capabilities.
Capable of thriving in both collaborative and independent work settings.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
Project Management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Must be legally eligible to work in Benin.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
