Job Description

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pest control branch ensuring efficiency in sales customer service and field operations.

This role involves managing a team optimizing resources ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high customer satisfaction while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

Monitor and follow up on sales targets and revenue generation initiatives for the branch.

Collaborate with external commission and referral agents to secure new clients and maintain sales pipelines.

Spend at least 60% of the time in the field with external commission and referral agents

Ensure timely responses to client proposals inquiries and service requests to improve conversion rates.

Conduct inspections and proposals for potential clients.

Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline progress to the Company management team


2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met through regular follow-ups and check-ins.

Handle and resolve client complaints and issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Manage the client after-sales process by coordinating feedback collection service performance reviews and additional sales opportunities.

Ensure contracts are accurately managed.

Process customer payments and oversee cash register operations.

3. Team Management

Recruit hire train and develop a team of sales personnel operational team

Supervise field technicians and manage their work schedules.

Ensure technicians adhere to service protocols and quality standards.

Organize training programs to maintain and improve employee skills.

Conduct daily check-ins and sales meetings reviewing reports and setting goals.

4. Operations & Logistics:

Ensure employees have the necessary tools equipment and vehicles.

Maintain stock levels for production and ensure proper distribution.

Schedule and coordinate services for customers.

Monitor and maintain company vehicles equipment and office infrastructure.

Conduct weekly stock checks and oversee inventory management.



5. Financial Management & Sales Performance.

Report on key financial metrics including sales performance pipeline progress and operational costs.

Oversee the collection of payments from clients ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow


6. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies state and federal regulations.

Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Oversee documentation and reporting (daily reports financial tracking stock monitoring).

Utilize online systems and Excel for detailed follow-ups and operational tracking.

Mastering the companys software and other software to transfer the business into digital. (E-service tickets Reporting TEPS Sales Supervisor Inspections etc...)



Requirements

Education

Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Biology or a related field.


Experience:

4 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in operations sales or service management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and team management.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online business systems.

Knowledge of financial management invoices and contracts.

Basic math and measurement aptitude.

Ability to read and interpret detailed reports.

Fluent in French with a good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the pest control industry.

Previous management experience in operations or sales.

Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Ability to perform minor equipment repairs.


Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Walking standing bending crawling squatting kneeling climbing and reaching.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Willingness to enter tight spaces (attics crawl spaces).

Ability to wear personal protective equipment (respirators gloves goggles etc.).
