Holyoke Community Charter School: Student Engagement Coordinator Job Summary:Under the direction of the school Principal the Student Engagement Coordinator will oversee student academic progress ensuring student engagement conducive learning environment developing and implementing school policies and addressing student behavioral Duties and Responsibilities:Provide weekly data to the principal and academic team to monitor teaching practices and student progressAssis with conduct bullying investigationsCollaborate with the school community to ensure a safe and healthy school climate and cultureEngage with students to promote strong social-emotional relationships with peers and staffImplement and model Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports with students staff and teachersRe-engage students in the classroom learning environment to ensure minimal time lost on learningAssist in the selection development and implementation of programs and practices that develop student social and emotional learning and cultural competenceImplement and model Restorative Justice practices working closely with the student management as a family liaison to support our school academic goals.
