Job Description
The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) data. This role is data-entry focused and supports the Quality department in maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate the collection of all documentation (supplier documents manufacturing certifications inspection data etc.) required in support of the FAIR.
- Enter data into the designated FAIR form template and upload packages to platforms such as Net-Inspect ensuring compliance with AS9102 and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain logs of FAIR submissions revisions and approval status.
- Ensure all submitted data is complete properly formatted and submitted within required timelines.
- Assist with other Quality-related data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Proven organizational skills with mindfulness and the ability to self-check self-manage prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Superior writing listening and verbal communication skills.
