Job Description:
Under direct supervision you will build test and maintain Windows OS images and application packages using MECM/SCCM and MDT/OSD. Youll collaborate with senior engineers to automate task sequences validate driver and software integrations and support first-line imaging requests.
Key Responsibilities
Overall 2-5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT)
- Image & Task-Sequence Management
Create and maintain MDT and SCCM OSD task sequences for Windows 10/11 deployments .
Update and validate OS images integrating drivers patches and base software.
Package Validation & Testing
- Test and troubleshoot application packages (MSI App-V) within imaging workflows.
- Automate image builds and capture processes using PowerShell
SCCM Console Operations
Distribute boot images to Distribution Points and monitor content replication.
Respond to imaging incidents (PXE failures task-sequence errors) and escalate complex issues.
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain image-build runbooks and task-sequence SOPs.
Work with network and security teams to ensure imaging infrastructure health.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security : Azure Fundamentals PowerShell Associate.
