Department: Vocational Services
- Employee must be able to drive comfortable driving other people have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and have reliable transportation.
- Employee must be able to perform CPR and First Aid
- Applicable vocational certifications/degrees in carpentry or related field and/or two years of relevant work experience in the woodworking industry.
- Previous instructional experience preferred.
- Previous carpentry experience
- Ability to manage all aspects of a Woodworking studio including equipment materials and budget
- Ability to connect with people
- A deep belief in the potential of every human being and the patience to nurture that potential in others
- Excellent communication computer and organizational skills
- Proficiency in use of hand and power tools
