Visas Talent Acquisition team is seeking an ambitious Talent Analyst who will provide recruiting cycle support for a number of business functions across this role you will be supporting and partnering with experienced Recruiters who own the end-to-end recruitment cycle. What we expect of you day to day.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and hiring teams by building strong relationships understanding business needs providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Sourcing external talent and engaging with / screening external talent to sell the Visa employer brand and roles
Build talent short lists with sound reasoning for each candidate
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience demonstrating a commitment to quality speed and meticulous attention to detail
Collaborate with Recruiters to gather and analyse talent pool data translating insights into actionable strategies to support organisational goals.
- Lead and optimise talent acquisition initiatives including championing programs such as employee referrals to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Leverage internal market intelligence tools to monitor industry trends and developments using these insights to continually enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications :
Some In-house talent acquisition experience in fast-paced global and ambiguous environment with a focus on transformation and change.
Skilled in sourcing talent through LinkedIn social media referrals internal mobility and local channels especially for niche roles.
Proficient in screening feedback and using applicant tracking systems with excellent communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.
Experienced in collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers while managing a high volume stakeholders and requisitions.
Able to capture recruitment metrics and deliver data-driven insights.
Some exposure to employer branding initiatives
Results-oriented collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment
