Woodburn Oregon - MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility

Join our team as the Health Services Office Specialist 2 at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. In this role youll maintain medical files ensure confidentiality screen calls and provide exceptional customer service to youth and staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments managing client billings ordering supplies and supporting office operations. Youll also coordinate transportation for medical appointments. If you have experience with electronic health records (like EPIC) we want to hear from you! We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills a solid work ethic and the ability to thrive both in a team environment and independently. The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively. Pre-employment Checks:
