Job Description

Customer Service Facilitator (PT) Stoneridge Community (Prescott Valley AZ)

Stoneridge Community is looking to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Facilitator for our community. This position will provide fantastic customer service and work part-time shifts weekends and one or two Tuesday - Friday evenings. Providing customer service while performing administrative and operational functions.

Assists in providing a welcoming and safe environment working in a great team environment.

Qualifications:

1-2 Years customer service experience a plus
Integrity to maintain clubhouse member and committee confidentiality
General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
Organized and responsive communication skills
Physical demands to lift 25 pounds

Duties:

Greet members guests and visitors professionally and friendly
Perform new member orientation
Address basic questions
Process Clubhouse forms transactions and Petty Cash
Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
Answer phones direct calls and take messages
Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist
Ensure a neat environment
