This position will provide fantastic customer service and work part-time shifts weekends and one or two Tuesday - Friday evenings. Providing customer service while performing administrative and operational functions. Assists in providing a welcoming and safe environment working in a great team environment. - General knowledge of computer software programs (Word-Based)
- Organized and responsive communication skills
- Physical demands to lift 25 pounds
Duties: - Greet members guests and visitors professionally and friendly
- Perform new member orientation
- Address basic questions
- Process Clubhouse forms transactions and Petty Cash
- Administer Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
- Answer phones direct calls and take messages
- Complete daily Clubhouse Checklist
- Ensure a neat environment
