Team Responsibilities where you will contribute: 

• Coach and consult leaders to unlock organizational effectiveness 
• Design and implement structures that support agility and innovation 
• Use data to drive insights decisions and action 
• Define job architecture and role clarity that scales 
• Lead strategic workforce planning to meet tomorrows needs 
• Build tools frameworks and governance that enable growth 
• Foster collaboration across tech and business 
• Champion a culture of inclusion safety and high performance 

WHO YOU ARE 

Youre a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to find smart sustainable solutions. 

We believe you bring: 

• A degree in Organizational Development Business HR Psychologyor similar 
• 35 years of experience in Organizational Development Strategy HR and/or Managment Consulting (bonus if its in tech) 
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills 
• A sharp analytical mind and a bias for action 
• A passion for solving problems and challenging the status quo 
• Fluent English written and spoken
