As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Description:

  • 4 Years of Total IT experience.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud/Loyalty Management.
  • Configure and customize Loyalty Cloud components (Member management Program Tiers Earning and Redemption Rules Point management Transactions Rewards).
  • Configure loyalty rule sets and rule entries for earning/redeeming points and other behaviors using declarative tools and metadata APIs.
  • Good understanding of Loyalty Program Member Loyalty Program Loyalty Program Currency and Transaction Journal object models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integration
  • Hands on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize loyalty program UI (enrollment reward catalog dashboard etc.).
  • Extensive experience in developing robust REST/SOAP integrations for loyalty data synchronization with any third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty program strategies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in salesforce platform using Flows Triggers Batch Apex and Salesforce data modeling
  • Experience with Sales / Service /Experience cloud.
  • Experience in working with HTML CSS JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.

Additional desired skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for partner/member portals.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud integrations with Loyalty.
  • Familiarity with global loyalty program structures (tiered vs points-based regional promotions).
  • Must be able to think independently and creatively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in handling data-heavy use cases.
  • Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies methods and apps
